We had a great experience here today with Jon. From the initial booking process to leaving today with 2 very happy puppies, everything was seamless. What did we love most?! Where do I start. The amazing consultation on the phone 🥰. The little bone that got delivered for the boys before our session (they loved this). Our little WhatsApp session with Jon for our pre booking appointment to go through the final details for today’s session. Even the patience as I missed the call a couple of times. The communication was the best and what I’d hope from every business. The directions were spot on. The session with the boys was amazing. Jon was so patient and amazing with the boys. Giving us all time to settle and get used to the environment before doing anything. Then we got a little voucher for a coffee at a dog friendly cafe just a little bit up from the studio. Whilst we sat back and relaxed, Jon edited our pictures. After this we headed back to the studio where we were presented with a lovely slideshow of our pictures for us to enjoy. He's a 45kg weimaraner x gsp but he was liked Jon and took his commands. I hate having photos of myself but he really captured our relationship, it actually made me emotional. I have a ridiculously close bond with my pooch, and after the recent death of our other dog saw saw Soul Dog Studios' post and realised I would love to have some art work that was still around even when my beloved Lottie isn't. It's been great working with Jon, from the Bonio Lottie received in the post, the pre appointment chats online and then the photo shoot today. I am not someone that enjoys having their photo taken, or likes any photos I am in, but it was relaxed from the start and Jon made me feel at ease, as well as giving Lottie the time she needed to get used to studio and the lights. Jon is very patient, puts no pressure on you or your dog and does not give the hard sell. The Photos sell themselves, I can't wait to see our finished pieces.
